Made of a series of pictures capturing the interaction of two neighbors in the when I used to live with my partner in the neighborhood of Am Stern in Kassel. We have always seen the man, standing on the balcony, smoking a cigarette by himself. One day the neighbor lady coincided with one of those “cigarette breaks” and they both greeted each other and started talking. Was a very mundane happening but somehow sort of special, which was beautiful to watch them interact for the first time since we have been living together in that apartment.
